Bill, do you mean the picture or the title? 
The picture is from my trip last year to Snowballville, Colorado. As for the title, I’m not sure from where it originally came, but the first place I heard it was in the Marx Bros. movie A Night at the Opera; it’s one of the two songs Groucho sings (the other being “Pagliacci") as he rides around on a wheeled steamer trunk).

Ah, yes. Then that would be the cool frosty goodness that only the Rocky Mountains can give you. (Although to hear Snow tell it, things are neither cool nor frosty there lately.)
