Our dear Bakerina sent me an email a little while ago. She wrote, "Today I ate a dosa. I hate my job at the box factory." She has indeed sunk to new depths, friends. I trust that a couple weeks of haggis and scotch will set things right.
Because it's Friday, here's a photo of two of the cats with whom I live.
It's another sad fact of Jen's life that she does not live with cats, poor girl. (I'm not casting any aspersions whatsoever on Lloyd's fitness for anything, but he is not a cat.)
While I am guest posting here at PTMYB, there will likely be photos of cats on Fridays... unless Jen tells me to cut it out already, and just engage in such silliness over at my own place.

I certainly won’t complain about cat pictures, except that they do bring a bit of a lump into my throat, making me miss my own dear cats. There’s something just so totally majestic and royal and awesome about them.
It’s fine to post cat pics as long as they are edible.
Ladysankofa, I miss my cats when I am away from them, too, and still miss the one who died almost 4 years ago, my companion of 19 years. They are wonderful animals.
Tvindy, the pics or the cats? You’re welcome to eat any cat pic that I post. The cats themselves are not on the menu.
"See, I told you it is better to get a window seat instead of the aisle seat. The view is so meow better.”
“Meow. You’re right.”

I often threaten to make my cat into “kung pao kitty” but she knows it is an empty threat and settles her ass on my carefully arranged papers and gives me her official “who do you think you’re kidding?” look.
Remember Alf? He was always trying to eat the Tanner’s cat.
